There is something quietly seismic about an artist who returns to their passion not as a hopeful dreamer, but as a woman who has lived, built, loved, lost, and risen. Kimberly McCoin doesn’t just play roles, she pours decades of life into every line, letting the audience feel the wisdom earned through triumph and transformation. As a cast member of PERFECTS 2, she brings both powerhouse presence and the soul of someone who knows exactly what she came back to do.

Kimberly’s story is not one of a straight path, but one of full circles. She began acting at 14, making waves in Nashville with a gift for both drama and comedy. By the age of 20, she’d racked up commercials, theatre, film, and acting awards, already crafting a career that others dreamed of. But then came college. Marriage. Four children. A pause, but not a stop. Her "freedom in divorce," as she describes it, opened the portal to rediscovery. In 2025, Kimberly stepped fully back into the world she never stopped loving—and hasn’t looked back since.

In just a year, she’s appeared in 17 productions, an audacious return that many would consider a lifetime's work. With upcoming roles in an episodic LA series and a docuseries for HBO/Hulu/Discovery, Kimberly is living proof that timing is divine, and your calling will wait for you.

She credits her diverse life experiences as her greatest training ground: motherhood, travel, degrees in economics and yoga therapy, and years of deep emotional study through living. It’s this wholeness that makes her performances so raw, relatable, and radiant. Whether co-founding a thespian society in high school or joining elite coaching programs like Ivana Chubbuck and Lesly Kahn, Kimberly’s career has been stitched together by intention and unstoppable energy.

But her dreams are far from complete. With aspirations to win both a Tony and an Oscar in works that elevate human consciousness, she’s not just aiming for awards, she’s aiming for awakening.

Still, Kimberly is clear-eyed about the industry. She speaks candidly about the "glass ceiling" faced by many in casting, pay equity, and representation. And like many thoughtful creatives, she keeps a wary eye on the implications of AI for the future of artistic work. But none of it shakes her mission.

At her core, Kimberly McCoin is a truth-teller. An energy worker. A manifestor. She’s living, breathing evidence that purpose never expires, and when the call returns, you answer it with fire. "Hustle. Take the shot. Manifest." – Kimberly McCoin
